uToolbox Color Picker Tool

Color Picker is a freeware tool to pick the color from the screen. It will display the color value in several color formats (HTML, Win32 and C++) and display the Red, Green and Blue component (RGB) values to allow to modify the picked color.

This is a standalone application and no need to install, just download the tool and unzip it to your local folder and start using the tool. The size of the tool is very small and you can download it from the URL without any netwoking problems.
