TOCR Version 3.3 is now one of the most accurate OCR engines on the market and is the professionals' choice for accurate and reliable OCR solutions. TOCR Version 3.3 includes a highly accurate multi-language OCR Engine and a Viewer Program (written in VB 5) to load, manipulate OCR and view both bitmap and TIF files. It is available with free API as standard with both full and trial versions. Designed for integration, it is reliable, font independent and has maximum character word accuracy in 11 different languages. Example routines are provided in C, C/C++, C#, Visual Basic, VB.Net and Delphi. Available for Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP and Vista.
