PSD Templates only contain the design source files created in Adobe Photoshop (.PSD).
It is well structured. You can modify everything you want: buttons, fonts, image size, menu, colors; all you need is Adobe Photoshop software and a bit of skill.
The file is not sliced, but you can do that very easily, using psd 2 Css online.
