Small Business Inventory Control (SBIC) is software designed specifically to help small business owners and department managers stay on top of their current inventory. Track your products from the moment you receive them from your vendors until you sell them to your customers. The software automatically adds quantities when your receive a PO and reduces quantities when you sell to your customers.
Small Business Inventory Control goes well beyond simple inventory tracking. It allows you to keep track your sales, profit, current cost of inventory and much more. SBIC supports useing LIFO, FIFO and serial numbers as methods of tracking your inventory for accurate cost calculations. You cans use the software to easily create your Purchase Orders, Invoices, Packing Lists, Pick Lists and more.
The software utilizes a newly developed semi-inductive user interface, using a unique "Sandbox" concept for grouping together related commands. There is an Inventory Sandbox, Purchasing Sandbox, Sales Sandbox, etc. that make learning the software very easy. SBIC can be configured for optimal use with barcode scanner, but also has an option to use a Visual method for locating items fir those that do not use barcode scanning.
SBIC supports 5 different pricing levels per item. Pricing levels can be assinged to a customer, but are flexible enough to be changed for a specific line item on an invoice if desired.
SBIC comes loaded with several supplied inventory, sales and purchasing reports reports along with the included report designer.
To get started quickly, you can import data from several common formats including mdb, xls, and csv.
