Simply Accounts

Simply accounts is a sophisticated accounting software package for the production of iXBRL Accounts and VAT returns. Simply Accounts has been approved by HMRC for the electronic submission of both VAT100 and ECSL returns. Simply Accounts also provides Abbreviated Accounts and iXBRL at the click of a button ready for submission to HMRC and Companies House.

With most banks now providing a facility to download transactions via online Banking, Simply Accounts accounting software has the easiest of import and reconciliation procedures (including the bulk posting of similar cash book entries). Simply Accounts accounting software also remembers your last payment details.

Simply Accounts accounting software allows you to allocate Income and Expenses by cost centres and analyse down to individual level by using the very flexible Chart of Accounts and the Search facility in the P & L and Balance Sheet (very useful for P11d's).

Simply Accounts accounting software is a Windows desk top, stand-alone accounting software application where you have control over your data and are not reliant on access to the internet every time you, your book keeper or accountant, want to work on your accounts. You cannot lose, or be locked out of, your own records. Backing up and exporting your data could not be easier.

Simply Accounts accounting software uses a similar interface to Microsoft Office 2007/2010 which, as it is widely used, means that most people will already be familiar the Ribbon Bar concept. A ribbon bar is an interface where a set of tool bars are placed on tabs in a tab bar and is used under licence from Microsoft. If the window width is changed then the ribbon will adjust accordingly.

40 different themes (skins) are provided so that you can personalise the look and feel of Simply Accounts accounting software. The theme chosen will be applied across the application and will be automatically saved.
