Recent Files

Programs that handle various types of documents keep a list of recently opened files. It would be helpful to be able to view the recently opened files in any folder, regardless of the programs that accessed them and before opening any of those programs. File management programs typically do not handle the file access time, at least in their default configuration. Here "Recent Files" comes in. Being a Shell extension, it adds an entry to the context menu of every folder, from where a list of recently accessed files is shown. Other options are also available.
