This RS232 logger can also work as a DDE server, so you can build even a heavy industrial SCADA system based on it.

RS232 Logger AX implements various logging options (including real-time logging of all data sent from serial ports to the computer - a sniffer mode). It can work as a service, and it supports all Windows platforms from 9x to Vista.
