The only required input from you is the date when the reminder should appear. It's FREE, but don't let that fool you, this program is well thought out to be simple, intuitive, and truly useful. The reminder popups are fully under the user's direct control. There are NO advertizing popups. The only advertizing content are two footer buttons which will invoke the default browser to render the sponsor's or author's websites.
