Netwrix Exchange Mail Archiver is a freeware product for email archiving, e-Discovery, and Exchange Server storage optimization.

E-Discovery is a legally imposed requirement that all organization are subject to without exceptions. Typical e-Discovery request asks to provide all electronic records of communication between specific people containing specific keywords. Failure to provide requested records timely can result in fines and lost litigations.

The product also solves problem of ever-growing mailbox storage space and can completely eliminate client PST files. All archived emails can be optionally removed from mailboxes and PST files and replaced with placeholders that link to archived content. Archived emails and attachments are searchable and can be quickly retrieved.
