Mail Mining Outlook add in

Mail Mining is as an add-in for Microsoft Outlook. This add-in works within the Outlook inbox to help the user use the inbox more efficiently in order to increase his productivity. Mail Mining does so by adding the following features to the email client:

1. Email Ranking: an automated ordering of messages within the inbox, giving those deemed most important to the user (based on data and text mining algorithm) more prominence than less important messages. The inbox ranking enables the user to quickly view and address important messages.

2. Smart Alerts: using Smart Alerts the user receive new email alerts only when the email is important to the user. This feature significantly reduces the number of new e-mail alerts the user receive. Work interrupting distractions cause a direct loss of time due to the time required to change context from one task to another and back.

3. Mail Mining also includes other features which increase the worker productivity such as Smart filing of emails, Template Respond, Turn Email into Appointment or Task and more.
