Since Windows XP, have the Microsoft Windows OS Platform supported text to speech.
What LingSpeak2 has done, is to combine both speaking, and extracting text from objects on your desktop.
This has been done before. But the new thing for LingSpeak2, is to bring it a bit further.
It will also visualize the text, while it is being read!
LingSpeak2 will start working as soon as the application is running. You will notice "boxes" showing and hear a voice speaking when you move the mouse around on your desktop.
The text will be highlighted, and be shown over the object you have your mouse over, on your desktop. Some objects will contain text that is bigger than the object itself. In that case, the text will be shown on top of your screen, while a colored transparent box marks your object.
