Home Inventory Manager is an easy to use software program designed to help home owners track and catalog their home inventory. As stuff piles up in your house and closets it becomes more and more difficult to track what you own, where it all is, and what it is worth. This software tool can help organize your home. The information is simple to navigate with most of the data being available on the main screen. You can scan through your inventory using the browse, search, sort, and tabbed features. You can sort the entire list by room and look at just a specific category like jewelry. When an item is selected all the data fields are displayed to the right of the screen together with a thumbnail picture of the item image. Fields can then be edited or reviewed. There are also two larger text areas where you can enter in more descriptive details or the ownership history of the item. The software can also be customized to your home inventory needs. This includes changing the names of the fields. Where the default field is Brand, you may choose to call this Size. The program then changes the label of that field throughout. You can also generate custom reports. There are standard reports that you can look at and print quickly as well. All features are included with no time limits or restrictions. Additional features include help, export of data, copy, print labels, and search.
