Choose your file from any location: Desktop, My Documents or Windows Explorer: just right-click on it, selects "Send to" - Fax, or clicks the "Fax" icon on the toolbar when the document is open. You can send any Word, Excel, PDF or Webpage document directly from Microsoft Internet Explorer or Microsoft Outlook and others programs, without previously printing it.
