Efficiency Rate is an enterprise-class employee productivity monitor.

We understand that for you as a manager time is the most valuable thing and that it's almost impossible for you to control each and every employee in your company. That's why we designed Efficiency Rate, a unique time tracking system, to give you just enough information and minimize the time you have to spend for monitoring.

Efficiency Rate does not treat employees equally. Employees are divided by groups called Patterns. A Patterns are the set of the rules we apply to analyse employee statistics. This allows Efficiency Rate not only to track time, but also to calculate how productive an employee was and how much time he/she spent for the benefit of the company.
