CSV2XLS Converter converts your csv (comma-separated value) or TXT files to different Excel formats. You can define a delimiter and customize many parameters of the output file. It is compatible with Excel 2003 and Excel 2007-2010 files. The program supports command line interface. So, you can run it with necessary parameters in a batch mode from the command line or from Windows scheduler without human beings.
Also you can use a DLL which you can integrate to your own application.
