BaoCode Screen Ruler

BaoCode Screen Ruler is a powerful, lightweight tool that allows you to accurately measure anything on your screen. This is specially useful when measuring graphics, web page browser sizes or whatever. Screen Ruler can display Pixels, Inches, Picas or Centimeters.
